Great space, especially since the refurbishment. I could see why some of the reviewers were unhappy over a hear ago etc. but it really is a great gym since the refurb. Many classes with enthusiastic instructors, plenty of showers, at least 15 in the womens room. The gym is very well priced, but even better are the prices for the personal training. Overall, friendly and attentive staff, and a great space.

Looking to join a new gym prior to starting a new job. Have visited a couple of others today having made a trip to London specifically to look at gyms. Came into this gym 20 minutes before closing explained I was interested in joining and wanted a look around and was bluntly told not today I shan't be joining this gym

Weights selection is limited, only one half rack, no power rack. Extremely busy during weekdays. Team unresponsive to requests for new equipment.

Been visiting this gym for the last 6 months and love the quality and variety of the classes on offer. Given it largely targets clientele who work in the area, there are very few late evening (post 7pm) classes, which is my only crib.. the trainers are top notch and friendly, and the front office team are friendly and helpful too. The changing rooms do tend to get crowded around peak hours (7-8am, 12-2pm, 5-6pm) but it's never impacted me/ held me up. I've never found the sauna/ steam room too crowded either. Lastly, the pricing is above that of budget gyms but very good value for money given the facilities and classes on offer.Definitely recommend it!

Friendly and helpful trainers. Excellent range of new equipment for a full body or targeted workout. Light and airy environment and excellent changing facilities. At Better, the Sauna and Steam Room make a great place to unwind. But they can help with more than just relieving stress and relaxing the body and mind. Increasing blood flow, helping with weight loss and skin cleansing are all proven benefits
