Great location. Southwark is great and so is the hotel. Any minor issues were dealt with so quickly. Thank you and now will have to come back again in a few months as we enjoyed ourselves so much. Breakfast great too
There are many hotels to choose from in this area, which is well situated in the center of London near the Tate Museum. Holiday Inn could be the most famous hotel brand in the world (originally US motels) so you know you are in safe hands. And this hotel exactly meets expectations, for a 3 stars hotel it is very good. Very clean and well maintained. So if you are looking for a great price at a great location, this is one of the best deals you will find.
The welcome service here is amazing! They got us into a room well before check-in and were ready to help with anything we needed, the staff is very nice. The hotel is well maintained and the rooms are very nice, overall a higher grade experiance than expected based on the price.
Small hotel with reasonable breakfast buffet. No gym or pool. TV selection is very poor but internet service is fast.
This is the second time we have stayed here. The location is great, there is so much on your doorstep. The hotel is spotless, the beds are comfortable, breakfast is lovely and the staff are faultless. It maybe a city centre hotel but you will enjoy the attentive service of a country retreat. I have twenty years hotel experience and this hotel has hospitality at its very core. Enjoy
