I have a management company and have been using Nelsons Estate agents to find tenants for our properties for the past 10 years . I have found them to be a very professional and honest company . The quality of tenants that they have found for me have been outstanding. I also have had tenants that have moved out from my properties and gone back to Nelsons to find the alternative accommodation as like me they have found them to be outstanding! So seeing these bad negative reviews have come as a shock to me. These reviews will not deter me giving them my business. I would like to say a big thank you to Muniza , Michael and their team for the outstanding service that you provide.
Worst letting agency in London, not professional at all, agents are really rude and with 0 professionality. Better to avoid and don't waste your time with them
Avoid this place ! it is the worst customer services. They lied to me about the studio I rented last year. They promised renovations and so on but nothing was done when I moved in. They rejected the fault on the 'landlady' which was another shady agency, called Mead Estates, the property management company. Muniza from Nelsons works together with Charlene from Mead Estates and all they care about it is to take your money for their fifthly studio.
The worst experience my partner and I have had with an estate agent and also just in general with a "professional" in our 15 years of renting.The woman who we dealt with called, Muniza Adam couldn't and wouldn't communicate with us in a timely manner. We were left ignored by her for days on end, emails were sent unprofessionally with no greeting or proper sign off, none of our questions were answered and she made no effort with us at all. Just rude!Communication between her and our landlord was non existent as soon as we met with our landlord personally, all of our questions were miraculously answered and he was understanding, lovely and managed our expectations approriately. I simply do not understand how she has kept her job. AVOID!
*Avoid at all costs*Bullied us into putting a holding deposit within minutes of viewing an appartment that was supposedly available immediately, then virtually disappeared once they had gotten our money, impossible to get in contact with, offering very vague and clearly made up excuses to avoid contact, 48 hours later they decide to tell us, even though we had paid a holding deposit they had taken another offer in the mean time. Missed out on 2 days of house hunting because of the lack of professionalism.
