One of the very best Italian restaurants outside of Italy. Friendly staff and really good Italian food. Al dente like they do it in Italy. Like most restaurants in London they already add a 'service-fee' of 12.5% to your bill. It's fine by me. The food is really good. You love Italian? You should go here!
Brilliant Italian restaurant. The food is excellent and the service just right. There's always someone there at exactly the right time and no one comes around interrupting your conversation to ask if everything is OK.
The service here is really what makes it exceptional. Its the perfect level of attentiveness without being overbearing. They are there for you but without bugging you. Our food didnt come out very quickly, I personally wouldnt even say it took a long time, but the manager took it upon himself to come up to us and tell us the food would be out soon (we had not said anything or even made any indication that we felt like it was taking awhile), and then he apologized when we were leaving, which was completely unnecessary but so welcome. Of course the food was lovely as well. Ambiance is great because you can hear your party its not one of those loud places where you are screaming to be heard, very classy.
Unreal service. Our table wasnt ready when we arrived but they constantly checked up on us and kept us updated, whilst offering complimentary bubbly throughout the wait. Food was beautiful. Organic and thoughtful ingredients. Authentic and humble service Cant wait to go back!
The food is really good. Pasta was the best I've had in a while. The pizza dough is superb. However it took a long while for the food to arrive. After ordering the table behind us was waiting 4 their food they were then served, they ate, had their wine and ordered their bill and left and our food had not arrived yet. We did complain but they apologized politely and said they had a big table to serve. They were very nice but that's not an answer... I'm sorry you're a restaurant and food that late is not acceptable. Even the kindness and apology was still not enough. If i were them i would just watch the speed of their service cos their food is excellent and their staff is nice also the atmosphere is quite romantic.
